The same energy-saving approach is applied to the cooling technology present in all guest rooms and public areas, all of them operating free of freon. Hotel equipment and appliances function in energy-saving modes too for optimised conservation while solar panel installation is currently underway, which will result in the use of 100% sustainable energy sources by October of 2024. A fleet of electric vehicles has been selected for guest transportation, echoing Kalesma Mykonos’ adherence to environmentally-friendly practices beyond the hotel’s walls.

Kalesma Mykonos forgoes the use of individually packaged toiletries and opts for refillable dispensers while recycling is always top of mind throughout all departments. Additionally, the hotel’s keycards are reusable and newspapers are available exclusively upon request.
WATER CONSERVATION
